On the cover of the next edition of Vanity Fair Kate is seen on a fur rug wearing stockings and stilettos.
The 33 year old actress looks amazing and as she is known for being against airbrushed magazine shoots we can assume the pictures haven't been retouched.
Vanity Fair once again proved they are not afraid to cause controversy – they published Miley Cyrus's topless pictures a few months ago.
