PHOTOS! Miley Cyrus is back with new Twitter pictures. Racy? The current Miley Cyrus picture controversy comes from Adam Shankman who posted the pics, not Cyrus, to Twitter. Adam Shankman is producer director on Cyrus' current film in production.
In the first photo, Cyrus is pressed up against a male, carrying a provocative look on her face. The second picture is Farrah Fawcett-esq. The stance relives that famous Farrah Fawcett pose with the change of Cyrus not smiling nor looking in the camera.

Racy or not? Compared to previous Miley Cyrus picture "controversies", the pics are definitely nothing out of the ordinary. Shankman doesn't see anything wrong with the photos, even the one where she is sitting on the chair:
